You can get a price estimate in the passenger app by following these steps:

1. Enter your destination address in the "Drop at" box
2. Your default pickup point is set to your current GPS location. If you are not being picked up at your current location, tap your pickup location on the map and update the address.
3. Use the pointer at the bottom of your screen to navigate the available vehicle options (for example, Vaya Basic or VayaLux)
4. Fare estimates are displayed directly below each vehicle option. 

If dynamic pricing is currently in effect at your pickup location, it will be included in the estimated amount. These estimates do not include any promotions that are active on your account. Please keep in mind that traffic, weather, or any factors that extend the distance or duration of your ride can contribute to a difference between your estimated and actual fare.




It is possible to pre-book a Vaya ride. Input your destination in the "Drop at" box and select the book later icon on the right-hand side of the "Request Now" button.
Select the date and time you wish to be picked up. This can only be a minimum of an hour from the time the request is made. 

1. Open the Vaya mobile application for Android or iOS, choose between the “Ride” or “Delivery” service and select the type of vehicle you want.
2. Enter your destination address in the "Drop at" box, or tap a shortcut icon at the bottom of your screen. Shortcuts include recent destinations from your ride history or custom "Home" and "Work" you can set in your app
3. Your default pick-up point is set to your current GPS location. If you are not being picked up at your current location, tap your pickup location on the map and update the address
4. Use the slider at the bottom of your screen to toggle between available vehicle options (for example, Vaya Basic or VayaLux).
5. Tap "Request Now." You may be asked to confirm your pickup location.
6. Wait for a driver to accept your request.
7. When your request has been accepted, you'll see your driver's location on your map and an estimated time of arrival at your pickup location.
8. You will also see driver details like name, vehicle model, registration number and a photo of the driver.
9. Your app will notify you when your driver has arrived at your pickup location.

For passenger/sender

It is possible to pre-book a Vaya ride. Input your destination in the "Drop at" box and select the book later icon on the right-hand side of the "Request Now" button.
Select the date and time you wish to be picked up. This can only be a minimum of an hour from the time the request is made. 

Vaya currently only offers options for individual rides. Shared rides, will be available in the future and the app will make it possible to share costs among a group of friends, work colleagues or families where Vaya is used for school-runs.

Download the Vaya mobile application for Android or iOS, signup and immediately start requesting passenger or package deliveries to any destination within your city.
